Summary
The Pavilion was one of the first “Live-Work-Play” communities built in suburban Philadelphia in the late 1960’s with premium office space, retail, restaurants and an eight-story luxury apartment building overlooking an adjacent golf course. In the 1990’s, the parcel was purchased and re-branded by The Galman Group, a leading development and management company in the area. Current development efforts are giving the campus new life with the addition of market rate apartments—The Jenkintown Flats—and the refresh of the flagship property—The Plaza.

Inspired Design
The Plaza is an upscale, concierge-style development for a more mature and affluent resident base. The renovation provided the opportunity to truly set this property apart from the urban, edgy appeal of The Jenkintown Flats. A readdressed floor plan provides more resident amenity spaces for socialization and entertainment, including an expanded lobby and social room with an open kitchen, hearth room, home theater and library. By reallocating common spaces and refreshing the interior with a sophisticated palette, the inspired design is providing residents with an elevated experience.
