Situated on 39 acres within Lely Resort, a distinguished resort community, it is within minutes of both powder-white sandy beaches as well as the Fifth Avenue Shopping District. Phase One at The Arlington provides all the conveniences of world-class living—20-upscale villa residences, 160-spacious apartment residences, a healthcare center comprised of 40-assisted living suites, 32-memory support suites and 32-skilled nursing suites.
Inspired Design
The services, ambiance and environment are inspired by the hospitality industry, specifically the ambiance of the Ritz Carlton Tiburon. The interior evokes a Ritz Carlton five-star hotel style with outdoor entertainment amenities that complement the elegance of the design and encourage residents and visitors to explore the tropical beauty throughout the entire property.
Materials
Natural materials in warm neutral tones are infused with soothing blues and refreshing pale greens to create a subtle beach-inspired palette that is accentuated with ample daylighting. Stonework, tile details, wrought iron railings and sophisticated furnishings and accessories achieve the desired resort-style elegance.
