MDP’s Inspired Design Team wishes you Happy Holidays! Enjoy our 2020 reflections, holiday wishes and hopes for 2021!

Bruce Hurowitz & Family
I think it is safe to say that 2020 is a year we will never forget…even though many of us may want to. I can’t thank my team enough for their dedication and hard work during these trying times. They all inspire me!
The reason we all do what we do is to partner with our clients and to better the lives of the residents we serve. No matter their age or health status, it is very gratifying to affect their lives in a positive way. At MDP, we are all inspired every day by the dedication and caring on the front line….the healthcare professionals who do the “real” work and care for our residents.
TOGETHER—We all made it through! Find a way to rest & rejuvenate this holiday season—and celebrate safely—so we are all ready for a fresh start and good things in 2021.
Thank you all, and please have a safe, healthy and happy holiday season! – Bruce

2020 was definitely challenging! I appreciate the dedication of our staff during these trying times. I’d like to thank everyone for their commitment towards the firm’s growth and development. Hopefully we have all learned from what’s behind us and can better anticipate what is still ahead. I am ready to re-energize and invigorate our inspired team as we prepare for the new year ahead. Most of all, I look forward to spending one-on-one time with our clients—in person—in 2021.
Happy Holidays! – Kimberly

What stands out the most in 2020 is people–some good…and some, not so good. My hope for 2021 is that people take care of themselves and each other. If everyone does their part, we’ll be okay. 2020 has made us re-think everything about how we live, how we work, and how we learn. We still have a lot of work to do to get back to “normal.”
Thank you to our doctors, nurses, police, scientists and teachers!
THANK YOU to everyone who wears their mask, washes their hands social distances. – Adam

2020 has been a huge eye-opener to so many small luxuries that I truly took for granted. I now possess a shiny new appreciation, almost border-line reverence, for simple human contact. I am very much looking forward to resuming the warm tradition of shaking hands with people that I meet, smiling with more than just my eyes, and hugging EVERY random and loved person that I come in close contact with!
Cheers to ringing in 2021! – Kelly

Ted Watson and his wife
While there were so many emotions brought to the surface in 2020, I personally found the pandemic to have wonderful side effects:
- More time with my wife and the kids (I actually had meals with them).
- No commute–which resulted in less stress and more productive days.
- Even during lockdown our MDP team designed two Memory Care facilities and a Performing Arts Center.
- And…I spent most of the time in my pajamas!
Happy Holidays to all…2021 certainly will be better. – Ted

“In diversity there is beauty and there is strength.” —Maya Angelou
2020 was a year of ebbs and flows with many hardships felt across the world, but also a renewed sense of camaraderie as communities came together to support one another. Let us continue to support one another into the future with the knowledge of each other’s struggles of the past.
This past year has taught us to have more compassion for our neighbors and to lean on our chosen family for support in times of need. – Chip
