Since 1993, the MDP Team has had the pleasure of working with Heath Village, one of the oldest retirement communities in New Jersey. With buildings dating back to the 1960s, this non-profit provider understands the importance of investing in improvements in order to remain competitive in the marketplace. Through an annual master plan assessment, the leadership determines areas for enhancements and upgrades. MDP has enjoyed helping the community refresh its look over the years in collaboration with one of our long-term architectural partners, KDA. Together we have provided design solutions that meet the needs of residents while responding to market and industry trends.
Long-term client relationships and colleague partnerships enrich our collaborative process. Our knowledge of a community allows us to dive into each project quickly and effectively work with familiar team members. We have the background knowledge of what has worked and where there is room for improvement. We understand the best way to communicate with all parties involved and how to brainstorm together to create the most innovative solutions. This familiarity with a client and team members provides a great source for our Inspired Design while allowing us to look at each new challenge with a fresh perspective.
