MDP is honored to have two senior living design projects published in the 2021 Spring issue of Environments for Aging Magazine (EFA): Artisan at Hudson & Greenleaf Rehab at Smith Crossing.
Artisan at Hudson

Artisan at Hudson continues the SageLife mission to create environments that foster “The Pursuit of Something More”—a place where mind, body and spirit can flourish with incredible programming, amenities and staff that are second to none. The 160,000-sq.ft community offers independent living, assisted living and memory support units. Underpinning life at Artisan is SageLife’s MOSAIC—a dynamic lifestyle expression that provides a framework for fully engaged living, focusing on Movement, Outreach, Social, Arts, Intellectual, Curiosity.
A highlight of this project is the carefully curated art program.

Greenleaf Rehab at Smith Crossing

Smith Senior Living is a forward-thinking provider always looking out for the best interest of seniors as well as the Illinois community they serve. Greenleaf Rehab is a state-of-the-art project that reimagines rehabilitation and provides Smith Crossing and local hospitals with a more resident-centered solution to short term rehab. This is a destination that gives guests the personalized services and ample time they need to properly recuperate and return home to healthy, daily living.
