To live up to its reputation as the Best Luxury Apartments in Willow Grove, Gallman Group recognized the need to refresh Regency Towers’ amenity offerings. The renovation breathes new life into the Manor building lobby area and reimagines the community room as a collection of distinct amenity spaces, including co-work pods, a flexible conference/meeting room, a gaming and TV lounge, and a club room anchored by a kitchen and bar.

The design prioritizes clean lines and reflective materials to achieve the desired modern luxury aesthetic. The black-framed window systems and detailed ceiling plan maximize height, while the articulated wood paneling provides a unifying ceiling element that draws residents through the space. Sleek light fixtures, wrapped columns, and the client’s bold art complete the inspired contemporary design.
