Tasked with revitalizing the independent living commons and residential corridors, MDP brings an inspired design concept to enhance the community’s commitment to a vibrant resident lifestyle. The first phase will redefine the hospitality experience on the second floor with new venues, such as a bar and pub, game room, art studio, club room, and more.
