The Senior Housing News Architecture & Design Awards is an annual competition that recognizes cutting-edge design, excellence and innovation in senior living.

MDP’s project, Erickson Living at Oak Crest, was the recipient of a 2018 Senior Housing News Architecture & Design Award.

The project master plan entailed a complete re-positioning of the campus with the Addition/Renovation of the Town Center. The Town Center building underwent a major expansion/reconfiguration/renovation. This building houses new dining venues, a variety of public spaces and new, state-of-the-art wellness, fitness and aquatic center for the residents of Oak Crest.
