The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 55+ Housing Industry Council Best of 55+ Housing Awards is a national awards program that recognizes the people, companies, projects and programs that have contributed to innovative marketing, industry-leading design and construction, and community lifestyle features that appeal to all life stages. This annual competition is judged by industry peers from various parts of the 55+ Housing sector.
MDP’s project, The Vista by Christian Health Care Center (CHCC), was selected as a finalist under the category of Best 55+ Service Enriched Community on The Boards and honored with a Silver Award. The Vista is the final phase of development at CHCC’s Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). The 400,000-sq.ft. service-enriched facility will offer 199-independent living apartments and a modern commons area that provides diverse wellness-focused amenities, including a variety of dining venues, a performing arts center, craft rooms, library, state-of-the-art wellness center, pool, and therapeutic day spa.
